What is REVEL Robotics?
REVEL Robotics describes itself in its adverts as "an AI robotics company developing physical intelligence for general-purpose humanoid robots". Its home page says "We build robots that help companies preserve and multiply valuable human skills, so they can tackle labor shortages without losing hard-won expertise". The system has three parts: the Neural Gambit forearm sleeve, which records muscle activity while skilled people work, RAI, the robot AI trained on that data, and Genesis, a humanoid built to put the learned skills to work. On 6 November 2026 the home page read "2025 Founded 45+ Team members 25+ Open roles", and the careers page names Brian Walker as Founder, CEO and CPO and Kamil Dusejovsky as Founder, President and COO. The adverts call it "A Fast-Growing US Startup: Founded in 2025 and building its team in the Czech Republic", and the Czech business register lists a company called REVEL Robotics s.r.o. in Prague, created on 5 June 2026.
Where will I work?
Every live role is on-site in Prague. The adverts say "Prague, On-Site: Robots need hands, so we work together in our Prague lab" and give the office address as "U Pekáren 1644/1a, Prague, Hostivař", while the company blog refers to "its Prague headquarters" and the contact page lists "Prague, Czech Republic". Every advert says the role is on-site with the team in Prague; the Computer Vision Engineer advert asks for someone "Able to work full-time on-site at our Prague lab", and the People Operations and Talent Acquisition adverts say it is "not a remote, hybrid or part-time job". International hires are supported: "Moving here? We sponsor your work visa and cover relocation". On 6 November 2026 the Ashby board held 24 live adverts, all in Prague: hardware 6, AI and robot learning 5, design 3, people and operations 3, data collection 2, IT 2, marketing 1, software 1 and one standing general application. The standing general application and the Junior 3D Printing Technician advert are not listed here; the counts above are for the whole board.
What is the REVEL Robotics team like?
The careers page lists five principles: "Move fast. Stay technically fearless.", "Make data our advantage.", "Product first. Mission focused.", "Be aggressively optimistic." and "Bring a championship mindset." It promises that you can "Collaborate with people from NVIDIA, SpaceX, and NEURA Robotics, and work directly with founders" and mentions "LEGO nights and hackathons to Halloween and Christmas parties". The Computer Vision Engineer advert describes "a small team with short paths to decisions" and says of its own Perception team that "Most of the team is early in their careers". The board is mostly robotics engineering, robot learning and design roles, plus recruiting, finance, IT and people operations, and a few hands-on laboratory and data-collection roles. The company is new: the adverts say it was founded in 2025, and the Czech company was registered in June 2026.
Work-Life Balance
The careers page makes the leave policy company-wide: "Take advantage of unlimited paid time off when you need to recharge. We trust you to own your time and results." The adverts repeat it, most often as "Unlimited Paid Time Off: Real flexibility to take time away when you need it. We trust our people to own their work, their time, and their results", and the Creative Content Specialist advert lists "Unlimited paid time off". 23 of the 24 adverts carry it. No number of days, public-holiday terms, core hours or weekly hours are stated, and every advert says the role is on-site in Prague, with two adding Monday to Friday and that it is not remote, hybrid or part-time. The IT Administrator advert adds "extra paid sick days" and a Multisport card from December 2026. No work-life review score could be read for REVEL Robotics, so none is recorded here.
