About re:Members
What is re:Members?
re:Members makes software for member-based organizations: associations, chambers of commerce, fraternities and sororities. It calls itself "the leading provider of software that helps member-based, non-profit organizations improve the world". Its suite brings together products formerly known as Billhighway, ChapterSpot, greekbill and Impexium: an association management system (AMS), a CRM platform that combines Salesforce with a member portal, and payment, finance, housing and fundraising tools for chapters, alumni and foundations. After more than 20 years of working with these organizations, it says "1000s of organizations are succeeding" with its products, and its vision is to "provide powerful solutions that help our non-profit clients improve the world".
Where will I work?
Mostly from home. re:Members describes a "Hybrid/Remote first workplace" and says: "We have the tools and technology to work from almost anywhere, and have been successfully collaborating remotely for several years." Remote and hybrid staff must live in DC or one of 15 states: Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia. Its offices are in Troy, Michigan, in metro Detroit, and in McLean, Virginia, in the DC metro area.
What is the re:Members team like?
Its people are "Membassadors", and its creed is "Good Service is Good Business". The core values are initiative, collaboration, reliability and stewardship, and its postings promise "caring, capable leaders" and a "thriving culture powered by hybrid and remote team members". Career growth runs through the careers page: re:Members University for core, leadership and professional development skills, a New Experience Mentor for every new team member, the voluntary Career Driver mentoring program, a Career Explore program that lets client support staff spend one day a week with another team, a training certification and a year-long Leadership Development Program.
