Reassured is the UK's largest non-advised life-insurance intermediary, founded in 2009 and headquartered in Basingstoke. It helps customers find affordable life, critical-illness and income-protection cover.
Where will I work?
On-site or hybrid working from Reassured's offices in Basingstoke (HQ), Portsmouth, Southampton, Manchester, Bristol and Chester.
What is the team like?
Around 880 staff across non-advised sales, client servicing, finance, IT and operations — a large, mostly office-based UK workforce.
Work-Life Balance
Reassured offers a 9-day fortnight to most of its sales workforce. From the careers homepage: "A nine day working fortnight is available for most of our sales employees. Meaning every other weekend is a long weekend!" Many job descriptions also include "9 Day Fortnight" in the role title.
