Radar Healthcare builds risk, quality and compliance management software for health and social care providers. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Leeds, its platform brings incident reporting, audits, action plans and workforce compliance into one place — "transforming healthcare with technology that simplifies compliance" for care homes, hospitals, ambulance trusts and primary care across the UK and internationally.
Where will I work?
Radar Healthcare is based in central Leeds — with a rooftop bar for the summer months — but the working model is flexibility-first: roles are hybrid or fully remote with a base expectation of around one day per month in the office.
