About Radar Healthcare

What is Radar Healthcare?

Radar Healthcare builds risk, quality and compliance management software for health and social care providers. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Leeds, its platform brings incident reporting, audits, action plans and workforce compliance into one place — "transforming healthcare with technology that simplifies compliance" for care homes, hospitals, ambulance trusts and primary care across the UK and internationally.

Where will I work?

Radar Healthcare is based in central Leeds — with a rooftop bar for the summer months — but the working model is flexibility-first: roles are hybrid or fully remote with a base expectation of around one day per month in the office. In the company's words: "We believe in empowering our team to work in a way that suits them best. Whether you're an early bird or prefer working from home."

What is the Radar Healthcare team like?

Around 140 people across engineering, product, customer success, sales and operations. The team's Glassdoor profile is exceptional: 4.8 out of 5 for work-life balance, 4.9 for culture and values, and 100% would recommend working there to a friend (21 reviews). One account director's verdict: "It offers flexible working, a fantastic company culture built on trust and ownership."
