Its postings invite candidates to "meet with a wide range of staff members" before they decide.
Work-Life Balance
The careers page lists "Summer Hours" with the line "Enjoy Friday’s off during the Summer months!" and, under Flexibility, "Flexible hours, Summer Fridays, work-life balance support". Seven of the eight postings read on 2026-10-17 carry the same line, in the words "Say hello to summer with our popular Summer Fridays—shorter work weeks to help you kick-start the weekend", next to "Benefit from Flex Hours to manage your personal life and Paid Time Off (PTO) so you can fully recharge". Paid time off is "Starting at 3 weeks and growing with tenure". No page says which Fridays or how many weeks the summer covers, and the careers page and the postings describe the Fridays differently (off, or a shorter week), so this profile does not say more than that.
