About Product Hackers
What is Product Hackers?
Product Hackers is a Spanish growth consultancy that sells experiment-led growth work to digital businesses. Its English home page says "Since our inception, in 2017, and in less than 4 years, we have grown from 5 crew members with just €3,000 in capital, to a crew of over 100 experts in Growth, Development and Product" and describes "the first Growth service of its type in Spain", built on its own scientific method of iterative experimenting and used in "more than 60 top brands". The careers page tells the same story in Spanish: "En 2017, unimos nuestra pasión por la innovación y la experimentación continua para lanzar Product Hackers" (in 2017 we joined our passion for innovation and continuous experimentation to launch Product Hackers), then added a training school and AI Hackers, "una nueva vertical enfocada en inteligencia artificial" (a new vertical focused on artificial intelligence). The legal notice names the company as Product Hackers SL, gives the registered office as "C/Rascafría 33, Villaviciosa de Odón, Madrid" and dates the deed of incorporation to 1 September 2016. The crew page names Luis Díaz del Dedo as founder and CEO.
Where will I work?
Product Hackers is remote-first. On 6 November 2026 the careers page lists six open roles, all under "España (Remoto)": five are marked "Completamente remoto" and the Account Executive is marked "Híbrido". The adverts say "Somos remote-first y contamos con grandes profesionales de diferentes puntos del mundo" (we are remote-first with great professionals from different parts of the world); two offer "Full remoto" and four describe "Cultura remote-first: Tu casa es tu base de operaciones principal" (remote-first culture: your home is your main base of operations), combined with closeness to teams, projects or clients. The Account Executive advert adds that candidates must live in Madrid or the surrounding provinces for meetings with key clients and industry events. All six adverts are tagged for Spain and written in Spanish, and every selection process includes an English test and references. The registered office is in Villaviciosa de Odón, Madrid; no advert is office-based.
What is the Product Hackers team like?
The careers page describes "Un equipo que trabaja de manera remota pero cercana y con la mejor vibra" (a team that works remotely but closely, with the best vibes), and a growth manager's testimonial on it says "Me sorprendió lo claro y estructurado del onboarding, incluso en remoto" (I was surprised by how clear and structured the onboarding is, even remotely). The values listed on the careers page are Go, Go, Go!, Scientific Mindset, Creativity, Go big or go home, Good vibes and Betterism. The careers page counters read 2017 for the founding year, 90 for staff and 122 for clients (read from the page HTML on 6 November 2026), while the website text still says more than 100 professionals. The six open roles sit in the acquisition chapter (paid media), the commercial team (e-commerce Account Executive), the data and experimentation chapter (digital analytics with Adobe Analytics and Target), the acquisition platform (GEO) and two Growth Service roles (AI and growth, growth experimentation). The adverts describe three to five hiring steps: an HR background-and-values interview, a technical exercise or case (asynchronous for the Growth Service roles), a hiring-manager or Head of Delivery interview, an English test and references, then the offer.
Work-Life Balance
All six adverts list flexible hours as something the company offers: "Full remoto + flexibilidad horaria amplia (con la limitación de los horarios de los clientes y reuniones de equipo)" (full remote plus broad flexibility of hours, limited by client schedules and team meetings) in two, and the same "Flexibilidad horaria amplia" line in the other four, across paid media, e-commerce sales, data analytics, GEO and growth roles. No core hours are stated; the adverts name client schedules and team meetings as the limitation. The adverts also offer "Jornada reducida en los meses de verano (julio y agosto)" (reduced working day in July and August) in five roles and an intensive, reduced summer day in the sales role; the length of that day is not stated. Time off is "25 días de descanso (22 días laborables de vacaciones + el día de tu cumpleaños, el 24 y el 31 de diciembre)" (25 days of rest: 22 working days of vacation plus your birthday and 24 and 31 December), with your own regional and local public holidays on top.
