Proctors Group (legal entity Proctor and Stevenson Ltd, Reg #2572010, trading as Proctor + Stevenson or "P+S") is a Bristol-based brand-building agency describing itself as "Bold. Brave. Brilliant." Where will I work?
Most roles are hybrid based at The Old Printworks in Easton, Bristol — a renovated office "complete with showers, drying room and secure bike racks." Recent JDs (e.g. Business Development Manager) specify "three days a week in the office and the option of one worked remotely" with a fifth day that's the four-day week's built-in day off. Work-Life Balance
Proctors offers a 4-day working week with the option of a Friday OR Monday off each week. Vacation runs 23 days holiday plus bank holidays as standard, increasing to 24 days after 1 year and 25 days after 2 years' service, plus 3 additional days for the Christmas-to-New-Year office shutdown (separate from standard allowance) — bringing total holiday up to 28 days + bank holidays.
