About Procore
What is Procore?
Procore is a leader in construction management software. Its connected global construction platform unites every stakeholder on a project — owners, general contractors and specialty contractors — on a single cloud-based system built specifically for how the industry works. The company is "committed to advancing the construction industry by improving the lives of people working in construction, driving technology innovation, and building a global community of groundbreakers." That mission — to "improve the lives of everyone in construction" — runs through the product and the culture alike. With 20+ years serving construction, the platform now reaches 160+ countries and has enabled more than 3 million projects. Procore Technologies is publicly traded on the NYSE under the ticker PCOR.
Where will I work?
Procore is headquartered in Carpinteria, California, on the bluffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean, and operates global offices across North America, EMEA and APAC. Live roles span the US (Carpinteria, Austin, San Francisco and the wider Bay Area, Michigan), Canada, the UK, Ireland, India (Pune and Bangalore) and Costa Rica. Procore takes a hybrid approach, "balancing flexibility with remote and in-office experiences." Most office-based roles are in-office-leaning — engineering and product postings note hybrid schedules of up to three to five days a week — so this is a team that values in-person collaboration alongside flexibility.
What is the Procore team like?
Procore is organized around three shared values that "provide the blueprint for how we build": Openness, Optimism and Ownership. Openness is described as "the willingness for individuals at every level in their life and career to accept that their opinion and style is not the only way"; Ownership rests on "trusting that my teammates will deliver on their work." The Product & Technology group describes itself as "a customer-centric group that encompasses engineering, product, product design and data, security and business systems," partnering closely with construction domain experts. AI is treated as "a core competency," with teams expected to be AI-literate and to build "the agentic future of construction."
Work-Life Balance
Procore frames time off around its values: Values-Driven Paid Time Off, "based on openness, ownership and optimism — take the time you need when you need it." The company pairs this with a wellness-oriented stipend, Procore Perks — "a reimbursable stipend for purpose-driven goods and services that support work/life well-being and physical and financial wellness" — and comprehensive physical and mental wellness support. Procore has been recognized as a Glassdoor Best Place to Work. Note that this is a standard full-week, hybrid workplace (not a reduced-hours or compressed schedule); its recognition here is as a best place to work.
Perks and Benefits
Procore offers comprehensive healthcare benefits, long-term disability and life insurance. Family-building support includes fertility treatments (with some medical plans) and cash benefits for adoption and surrogacy for eligible U.S. employees. Retirement is supported via a 401k or RRSP with employer contribution (varies by country), and employees can buy discounted PCOR stock through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Growth is backed by the Employee Enrichment Program — classes and programs for personal and professional development — plus the Procore Perks wellness stipend. Most roles are also eligible for bonus incentive compensation.
