What is Perkbox?
Perkbox is an employee benefits, rewards and recognition platform used by thousands of employers to offer perks, discounts and wellbeing support to their people. In 2024 it merged with public-sector benefits specialist Vivup to form the Perkbox Vivup group, backed by Great Hill Partners. Founded in London in 2015.
Where will I work?
Perkbox is London-based with flexible/hybrid working; the group also has a Sheffield hub via Vivup.
What is the Perkbox team like?
A ~250-person product, engineering and commercial team — a benefits company that eats its own cooking.
