What is Parafin?
Parafin is a financial infrastructure company founded in 2020 by former Robinhood executives. Its APIs let marketplaces, payment processors and SaaS platforms — including DoorDash, Amazon, Worldpay and Mindbody — offer capital, spend and savings products to the small businesses that sell through them, with underwriting driven by the platform's own sales data.
Headquartered in San Francisco, Parafin has raised ~$194M in equity through its Series C (plus large debt facilities that fund the capital programs).
