About Nozbe
Who We Are
Born in 2007 in the EU, Nozbe builds a simple, cross-platform project and task management app that helps small businesses and teams get organized and get work done. Based in Poland and operating globally, we replace email chaos with task-based communication so teams can focus, cut meetings, and deliver results.
For over 15 years, we've been pioneering remote-first work practices and building tools that enable productive, balanced teamwork. Our product serves thousands of teams worldwide who want to work smarter, not harder.
Our Team
We're a 20+ person, all-remote team working from homes across Europe, Asia, and the USA. We have no central office and keep management light—there are no full-time managers. We work asynchronously, trust each other to own outcomes, and use our own product to run the company (we're our own best case study).
We're self-funded and proudly independent, which means we optimize for great product, sustainable growth, and a healthy work-life balance—not quarterly earnings or investor demands. Every team member has real autonomy and genuine ownership over their work.
