Nice Group is a Devon-based group of digital companies operating across e-commerce, marketing / PR, web software, data analytics, UX design and SEO. Their portfolio includes brands such as weheartdigital, Webselect and Bright Spark Digital. They acquire and grow businesses that share their values, serving retail, marketing and customer experience sectors. They are a certified B Corporation.

Work-Life Balance
Nice Group adopted the nine-day fortnight for all staff in 2022. From their CEO Matt Hill's public interview with South West Tech Daily (May 2022): "we've moved into a format of nine day fortnights for all staff. This is being written into everyone's contract as we speak."
The arrangement followed an earlier 4-day-week trial which created collaboration challenges. The 9-day fortnight was chosen as a better balance — giving everyone an extra day off every two weeks while preserving cross-company collaboration days.
