It says it "powers 700+ public and non-profit organizations, streamlining program administration so they can focus on making a lasting impact", and its mission is to "make a difference": "we believe community development is one of the most powerful ways to create social and economic good". Its brand promise is "Helping Communities, Help People", and its solutions pages cover Affordable Housing, Housing & Community Development, Disaster Recovery & Mitigation and Home Energy Rebates.
Where will I work?
Its careers page gives the office as "3423 Piedmont Road NE Atlanta, GA 30305", in Atlanta Tech Village, "a tech community with a gym, complimentary snacks and drinks, a Mother’s Room, and more", and says "We support a hybrid work model, combining remote flexibility with in-office time for connection and collaboration." Its board held 11 postings on 2026-10-14: eight remote ("United States (Remote)" for the Sales Engineer, Lead Contract Attorney, Senior Product Manager, Lead UX Designer, Associate Product Manager and Strategic Account Manager, and two Atlanta-based consulting roles open to remote candidates) and three Atlanta hybrid roles (Senior FP&A Analyst, Staff Engineer and Client Success Manager II). The Atlanta postings say "Candidates located in Atlanta, GA are preferred and will be expected to work a hybrid schedule with at least one day per week in the office. Remote candidates outside Atlanta are also eligible."
