Parental leave
NatWest offers 24 weeks at full pay for the birth or primary parent in Great Britain (26 weeks in Northern Ireland). Since 2023 its Partner Leave policy gives the non-birthing parent the same entitlement — equal parent leave for all new colleagues regardless of gender, whether a child arrives through birth, adoption or surrogacy.
