Muck Rack is a fully distributed company with "a permanent, fully remote environment, core to the way we do business" — it has operated remote-first for over a decade. Roles span the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Bulgaria, all remote. To support distributed work, Muck Rack provides a home-office stipend, monthly phone and internet reimbursement and a coworking membership. Compensation in the US is geo-neutral — pay is based on job function and level, not location.
