What is Modo25?
Modo25 is a global supported in-housing and marketing technology provider founded in 2019 in Leeds. Its mission is "to put the power back into the hands of both our clients and our people" — Modo25 helps brands transition their digital marketing capabilities in-house with expert support and strategic guidance throughout the journey, rather than just handing over the keys. At the heart of Modo25's offering is BOSCO™, the company's market-leading marketing technology platform "designed to eliminate risk and uncertainty when it comes to spending your marketing budget" — providing data-driven insights to inform investment decisions and maximise marketing ROI. Where will I work?
Modo25 has two UK offices — Leeds (One Embankment, Neville Street, Leeds LS1 4DW, the Wizu Workspace HQ) and London (13-14 Archer Street, London W1D 7BD) — plus a flexible work-from-home option. All team members are paid London salary levels regardless of where they're based, and most vacancies can be available part-time.

Work-Life Balance
Modo25 runs a 4-day, 32-hour work week with a 3-day weekend every weekend. The 4-day model comes with full London-rate salary regardless of office location ("we are all paid London salary levels, whether we work in Leeds or from home"), so reduced hours don't mean reduced pay. Annual leave is 23 days plus UK public holidays, alongside flexible working that supports working from any of the offices, from home, or a mix.
