Miller Research (UK) Ltd is a Welsh consulting, evaluation and research firm founded in 1995, based in Abergavenny. Work-Life Balance
Miller Research operates a permanent 9-day fortnight since January 2022 (following a 10-week trial in late 2021). From their own published article: "All Miller Research team members would work nine days out of ten, having every other Friday off. There would be no condensed hours or requirements to work later, just one day less per fortnight spent in work. And there was no loss of pay either."
Decision confirmed January 2022: "the nine-day fortnight would be retained." The benefit appears explicitly on their current careers page benefits list: "9 Day Fortnight".
