Where will I work?
Lumikha is 100% remote within the Philippines — "we hire the best talent in the Philippines, wherever you are." The company's registered office is at Suite 5k Azotea De Bel-Air Building, 5786 Polaris, Makati City, 1210 Metro Manila. Roles require a stable internet connection, a quiet space for video calls, and a working camera and microphone for Google Meet interviews. There are no shift constraints described — performance is managed by results, not hours or location.

Work-Life Balance
Lumikha runs a permanent 4-day work week with full salary — "We are results-oriented. We offer a full-time, 4-day work week to help you maintain a genuine work-life balance." All roles are 100% remote. Performance management is results-based rather than hours-based.
New hires start on a 45-day initial contract with full compensation; at day 45 they receive detailed feedback and either immediate regularization (with full healthcare coverage, leave credits, and standard benefits) or a transition plan. This faster-than-typical regularization route replaces the usual 6-month probationary period in the Philippines.
