What is Lucy & Yak?
Lucy & Yak is a UK sustainable clothing brand founded in 2017 — described on the careers page as "born in 2017 on a trip to India, a happy accident that has touched the lives of many around the globe". The brand's flagship product is the Original Dungaree: "a shape like no other, allowing people to express their many different identities with versatility & colours for all!"
The mission is explicit: "to do better for people and the planet. That means choosing lower-impact fabrics, being transparent about how we make things, and working closely with our overseas partners to invest in their futures. We're proud to build a business that's fair, sustainable, and rooted in community." Where will I work?
Lucy & Yak operates from a Brighton head office alongside a UK retail network. Active roles in May 2026 include retail managers at Canterbury and Castleford stores, hybrid Area Manager and Creative roles based out of Brighton Office, plus freelance design roles (CRM/Email Designer, Graphic Designer) also Brighton-based hybrid. The broader retail network spans Brighton, Bristol, Norwich, Nottingham, Cambridge, Manchester, Cardiff, Exeter, and Castleford-The Outlet.
What is the Lucy & Yak team like?
