Konrad, called Konrad Group in its older adverts, describes itself as an "AI-driven digital consultancy and product-innovation firm providing AI, strategy, design, and technology services" to "the world’s most ambitious businesses and brands". Its about page counts "750+ Global team members" working from five cities, and its client list reads "Google Uber Spotify Kia" and more, with case studies for HP, Kia and McDonald's. The adverts describe the work as solving complex business problems for global clients through strategy, design and engineering, increasingly with AI built into the products and into the consultants' own day-to-day tools. It builds products and programmes for clients, and the roles on its board are consultants, project and programme managers, data specialists, engineers, designers, marketers and testers.
Where will I work?
The about page lists five offices: New York ("SoHo 136 Crosby St. | 6th Floor"), Toronto ("The Well 482 Front St W | 4th Floor"), London (Shoreditch, 55-57 Rivington Street), San José in Costa Rica (Tres Rios and Escazú) and Gurgaon (Cyber City, One Horizon Center). The careers page counts 104 open roles on 6 November 2026: Toronto 42, Gurgaon 25, Costa Rica 22, New York 8 and London 7. Eighty of the 104 adverts carry a "#LI-Hybrid" tag, and the New York and London strategy adverts say "this role follows a hybrid model with four or more days per week in the office". Most Gurgaon adverts use an older perk list that says "One day per week Work From Home" instead. Check the office expectation for your team and city at interview.
What is the Konrad team like?
The careers page groups its culture into four themes: "Collaborative + Committed", "Excellence + Innovation", "Learning + Education" and "Leadership + Development", and says the team spent "100K+ Hours spent on learning last year". The adverts say "We hire exceptionally smart, analytical, and hardworking people who are lifelong learners." Strategy roles work across the strategy, design and technology teams, and graduate and entry-level adverts such as the Spring 2027 Graduate Program for Associate Consultants sit alongside senior manager roles. Costa Rica hires across web, mobile, data, design, quality assurance and digital delivery, and the Gurgaon board is mostly engineering, data and quality assurance.
Work-Life Balance
Flexible hours are stated company-wide: the careers page lists "Flexible Working Hours" and "Work From Home Flexibility" among its select benefits. On 6 November 2026, 80 of the 104 adverts list Flexible Working Hours in their perks block (78 of them as "Flexible Working Hours. Work from Home Flexibility."), across strategy, mobile, digital delivery, web, design, data, marketing and quality assurance roles; that includes 22 adverts in Costa Rica and 2 in India. No core-hours window and no weekly-hours figure are published, and the vacation policy is called "Excellent Vacation Policy" without a number of days.
