About JumpCloud
What is JumpCloud?
JumpCloud is an AI-powered unified IT management platform built to secure the modern workforce. By consolidating identity, device and access management into a single cloud directory, JumpCloud gives organizations "intelligent, secure IT that scales from human users to autonomous AI agents," helping IT teams eliminate complexity and ensure the right people — and agents — have secure access to the right resources. The platform spans Cloud Directory services, device management across Windows, Apple, Linux and Android, Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, Privileged Access Management and SaaS discovery. In the company's words: "JumpCloud is Intelligent, Secure IT."
Where will I work?
Anywhere your country allows. JumpCloud is "committed to being Remote First, meaning that you are able to work remotely within the country noted in the Job Description," and states that "All roles at JumpCloud are Remote unless otherwise specified." The company runs "teams in 15+ countries around the world" — including the US, India, Mexico, the UK, Singapore, Turkey, Lebanon, France, Germany and Australia — with a headquarters in Colorado. Internal business is conducted in English.
What is the JumpCloud team like?
JumpCloud describes itself as a team of "dedicated, passionate, and creative people" out to "change the IT industry forever," and is open that "we're not looking for 'square peg, square hole' thinkers." Three core values anchor the culture: Build Connections ("Relationships fuel results"), Think Big ("Embrace the art of the possible") and 1% Better Everyday ("Ongoing pursuit of excellence"). CEO Rajat Bhargava frames the first value as "creating human connection with each other regardless of our backgrounds… We care deeply about the people that we work with and want to see everyone succeed."
Work-Life Balance
JumpCloud's remote-first model is the foundation of its work-life balance: employees work "from their homes across the globe," choosing the location that suits them within their country. US team members get Flexible PTO, and the company's commitment to its people has been externally validated — JumpCloud earned a spot on Built In's 2026 Best Places to Work lists for the seventh consecutive year, including the Best Remote Places to Work list.
Perks and Benefits
Benefits vary by country (delivered internationally via a DEEL partnership), but US-based employees receive Health, Dental and Vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, Life and Accident insurance, Legal benefits, Flexible PTO and Parental Leave. International packages include country-appropriate equivalents such as health insurance, pension/provident-fund schemes, sick leave, parental leave and wellness programs. Across the board, JumpCloud aims to support a genuinely distributed, global workforce.
