About Investigo

What is Investigo?

Investigo is an award-winning, market-leading specialist recruitment consultancy connecting top talent to opportunities in finance, technology, consulting, change and transformation. Founded in 2003 as a small London team, it has grown into a global consultancy across 20+ markets, with 250+ specialist consultants now placing professionals from graduate to leadership roles, on interim and permanent contracts.

In 2023, Investigo became one of six award-winning specialist brands inside The IN Group (TIG) — alongside InX, Caraffi, Definia, The IN Group, Sigma Labs and BioTalent — covering recruitment, executive search, consultancy, advisory and talent management. Investigo has been "voted one of the UK's best places to work" and ranked "World Class" by Best Companies.

Where will I work?

UK HQ is at 10 Bishops Square, London, E1 6EG; the EU HQ is in Amsterdam (Spaces Keizersgracht 555), and the US HQ at 60 Broad Street, New York. Investigo operates a hybrid policy: 2-3 days per week working remotely, supplemented by office time at one of the global IN Group locations. The careers programme actively encourages internal mobility — "with offices across the globe, your career at TIG can take you anywhere."

What is the Investigo team like?

The team is built around four brand values: Expertise (asking the right questions and sharing market insights), Passion (loving what they do and having fun doing it), Integrity (being open and honest in all dealings), and Inclusivity (valuing and empowering diverse contributions). The IN Group leads on CSR and DEI via initiatives like WomenWise and NeuroConnect, plus an annual charity partnership. Roles span 20+ specialist areas including Accountancy & Finance, Technology, Public Sector, Financial Services, Procurement & Supply Chain, and Transformation.

Work-Life Balance

Parental support includes 6 months of paid maternity leave, "industry-leading" paternity leave, plus a fertility-treatment leave allowance and a fertility loan. Wellbeing initiatives include yoga, martial arts, morning raves, and speaker sessions, alongside private healthcare and discounted gym memberships.
