Invesco is one of the world's largest independent asset managers, with more than $1.8 trillion under management across ETFs (including the QQQ), active equities, fixed income and alternatives. Founded in 1935, it is headquartered in Atlanta with major offices in London, New York, Henley-on-Thames, Hyderabad and across Asia.

Invesco hires across the US (Atlanta, New York, Houston, Downers Grove), the UK (London, Henley), Canada, EMEA and Asia-Pacific — largely hybrid office patterns.

Work-Life Balance
In EMEA, Invesco offers 26 continuous weeks' paid parental leave at full basic salary, regardless of gender — with a phased return at full pay for 80% of normal hours during the first six weeks back. In the US, the policy is up to 18 weeks paid for birth mothers and 10 weeks for fathers, partners and adoptive parents. (Packages in other regions vary.) Glassdoor's work-life-balance rating is 4.2.
