Karat is a US-based interview-as-a-service company, founded 2014. Karat's Interview Engineers (IEs) facilitate technical interviews on behalf of enterprise hiring teams — Karat Engineers conduct structured interviews with engineering candidates and deliver scored assessments, freeing internal engineering teams to focus on building.
Where will I work?
Fully remote. Karat maintains contractor pools across Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Japan, Peru, Poland, Romania, Singapore, South Africa, and the United States.
Work-Life Balance
Contractor/freelancer model — Interview Engineers are compensated based on tasks performed (per-interview). Set your own availability and accept assignments that fit your schedule. No minimum hours; ideal as a part-time engagement alongside other work.
