Work-Life Balance
InsureFlow operates a 9-day working fortnight that began as a 3-month trial in August 2021 and was permanently adopted afterwards. Direct quote from their own published article: "100%. It's now fully embedded as a part of our benefits package. We've been doing it for a year and a half now, and it's made a discernible difference for us individually and for our business."
The arrangement gives employees one extra day off every two weeks (typically Fridays) without reducing annual leave or requiring compensatory extra hours during the workweek.
