About Infinity

What is Infinity?

Infinity is "a market-leading conversation intelligence and call-tracking platform working with some of the world's most well-known brands". Its software shows businesses which marketing drove each phone call and what happened on it, feeds call outcomes back into Google, Microsoft and Meta ad bidding, and finds the demand lost to missed and abandoned calls. The product began in 2010 inside the marketing agency Jellyfish, which launched it at a London tech event; after "enormous interest from other agencies" it became a standalone company with six employees, "rebuilt the tech stack from the ground up" and moved into its own Reigate office in 2013. A £10m investment from Smedvig Capital followed in 2016, along with a Baltimore office, and in 2021 ResponseTap became part of Infinity. It now describes itself as "Europe's leading call tracking and call analytics provider" and puts annual revenue at "£18m+".

Where will I work?

Infinity has offices in Reigate (Surrey), at Exchange Quay in Salford (Greater Manchester), in The Shard in London and in Baltimore. Its open roles are in Reigate or the Manchester area on a hybrid pattern: "2 days per week onsite", which for the sales development team means "Tuesdays & Thursdays in office". Developers get "hybrid/remote options". In September 2026 it was hiring a talent co-ordinator, a senior customer success manager, a strategic partnerships manager and sales development reps.

What is the Infinity team like?

Infinity's career site counts "145+" co-workers. It won the "Make A Difference Award" for its focus on employee wellbeing, runs "We listen and act" feedback sessions that let staff "shape the way you work in the future", and says its recruitment process "is completely anonymised". New sales development reps join the Infinity Sales Training Academy, an in-house programme covering sales fundamentals and methods such as Challenger and MEDDIC. Its developers work in an "award-winning Dev team", and it describes its sales approach as "collaborative and consultative".

Every posting leads with the schedule: a "4.5 day working week (Half day every Friday- 1pm finish)", and the career hub opens its perks list with "A 4.5 day working week". The career hub also promises "flexibility in work patterns".
