What is Inardua?
Inardua is a Salesforce consultancy based in Stroud, Gloucestershire. Brothers Rowan and Josh Malcolm founded it in 2020 after working in the energy and utilities industry, where they "saw first-hand how inflexible systems and bottlenecks in the delivery of new digital solutions could hinder organisations in achieving their mission." It implements Salesforce, from Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Field Service to Energy & Utilities Cloud and Net Zero Cloud, for energy and utility companies, manufacturers and consumer-goods businesses. Its mission is "to contribute to positive change, by amplifying the abilities of organisations to achieve their impact." Inardua says it was the first B Corp Salesforce Partner in Europe. Projects run on Amplify, its "tried and tested approach to delivering Salesforce at scale", and an Inardua Labs team works on problems common across the energy, utilities and sustainability industries. A sister company, Inardua America Ltd, serves North America and Latin America from Escazú, Costa Rica.
Where will I work?
Anywhere in the UK. Inardua calls its working model "Flexible and remote-first", and its UK postings offer "Fully remote working (or work from our offices in Stroud, you choose!)". The role open in September 2026, a Salesforce Delivery Manager, is listed as "Onshore — UK (remote, or Stroud office)", and applicants need the right to live and work in the UK.
What is the Inardua team like?
The team page lists 44 people: the founders and directors, principal and senior consultants, Salesforce engineers, developers, delivery leads, and a people and culture lead. Inardua grows much of its own talent: "we nurture diverse, early stage talent through the Inardua Academy, where 20% of our workforce trained." It says B Corp named it "Best in The World for Workers", and co-founder Rowan Malcolm puts the company's intent this way: "We knew from Day 1 we wanted to launch a business that was run in an ethical manner, with a positive impact on our customers, employees, environment, and the local community."
