What is IAV Automotive Engineering?
IAV Automotive Engineering is the US subsidiary of IAV GmbH, one of the world's leading automotive engineering partners (founded in Berlin in 1983, ~8,000 people globally). The US team develops vehicles, e-mobility systems, body electronics, infotainment and powertrain software for major automakers from engineering centers in Novi, Michigan and Charlotte, North Carolina.
Where will I work?
Current roles are on-site at the Novi, MI engineering center (with some in Charlotte, NC) — hands-on vehicle-development work alongside OEM customers.
What is the IAV team like?
A white-collar engineering organisation: design-release engineers, calibration and systems engineers, technical program managers.
