Headspace is a digital mental health company on a mission to provide every person access to lifelong mental health support. Through its app and platform, Headspace offers guided meditation, mindfulness exercises, sleep resources, therapy, psychiatric care, and coaching to over 100 million users in more than 200 countries and regions.

Founded in 2010 by Andy Puddicombe, a former Buddhist monk, and Rich Pierson, Headspace began with live meditation events in London and New York before launching its app. Today it serves both individual consumers and over 4,000 organizations worldwide, including partnerships with Starbucks, Nike, and Sesame Workshop.

Where will I work?

Headspace operates a hybrid model with offices in Santa Monica, San Francisco, and London. Many roles are also available remotely in select US states and the UK. The company supports a flexible work environment where teams can collaborate in-person and remotely.
