What is Fuelius?
Fuelius is a UK growth marketing agency founded in 1998 by CEO Pippa Adams. Originally launched as web agency Prodo "with a good feeling that the internet was here to stay," the business spent over two decades evolving its services to match the changing digital landscape; in 2022, the Fuelius brand was established to enable growth for commercial and private-sector clients, while sister brand Prodo now focuses exclusively on building solutions for the social housing sector.
Fuelius is an Elite HubSpot Solutions Partner — putting the agency in the top 1% of HubSpot's 6,500-strong global agency network — and has been working with the Umbraco CMS for many years, having delivered over 1,000 Umbraco-based web platforms. Services include CRM enablement, web development, inbound marketing, digital transformation, paid media and SEO. Notable clients include Emirates Old Trafford in Manchester, build-to-rent operator Moda Living, and B2B healthcare provider Health Shield.
Where will I work?
Fuelius HQ is on the outskirts of Chester, "set in the picturesque Cheshire countryside" — "when your office view looks like a Windows screensaver, lunchtime walks are much more appealing." The studio has games consoles, dogs, and an on-site cafe serving homemade food. Hybrid working: 2 days in the office, 2 days at home. Footer cities: Chester, Liverpool, Manchester, London, Birmingham, Leeds.

Work-Life Balance
Fuelius runs a 4-day work week — "you still get paid for 5 (after 3 months probation)." There's one "Clarity" day each week, rotating between Wednesdays and Fridays. Time off is 20 days holiday allowance plus UK public holidays. When in the office, flexible start and finish times help skip the rush.
