Freshpaint is the privacy-first healthcare marketing platform. The product helps healthcare marketers run modern, effective digital programs — without sending sensitive patient data to analytics and ad platforms in the process. Operated by Perfalytics, Inc., Freshpaint solves a real legal-exposure problem: "Teams were unknowingly sending sensitive data to analytics and ad platforms, creating real legal exposure and constant anxiety. So we built the infrastructure to give them clarity and control."
The product spans three pillars: Improve Marketing Performance (Audiences, Healthcare Integrations, Maps, Videos), Measure Marketing Impact (Insights, Ad Performance, Data Warehouse), and Protect Privacy & Compliance (Web Tracker Manager, Consent Management, Event Tracking). Customers span Hospitals & Health Systems, Health Tech & Virtual Care, Payers & Health Plans, Urgent Care & Outpatient, Dental & Specialty Practices, Pharma & Medical Devices, DSOs, Orthopedics, and Specialty Providers.
Where will I work?
Freshpaint is fully remote across the U.S., with the team gathering for 2 company offsites per year in places like Arizona, Jackson Hole, and Nashville "to connect, collaborate, and build lasting team bonds." The legal entity is headquartered in San Francisco. A $150/month coworking stipend lets remote employees work from a co-working space wherever they are.

Work-Life Balance

On top, the team gets Unlimited PTO with a required minimum of 2 weeks off, plus 2 Treat Yourself Days per year with $100 to spend on something joyful. Parental leave is 16 weeks fully paid for any parent, regardless of gender or path to parenthood (including adoption).
