What is Form3?

Form3 was established in 2016 by four banking and technology leaders with a single purpose — to transform outdated, complex and costly payments infrastructure into modern, cloud-native real-time Payments-as-a-Service. Today, Form3 connects financial institutions to real-time payment schemes globally, including FedNow, RTP, SEPA and FPS. The platform handles core payment processing for banks, fintechs and other financial services across the US, UK and Europe.

Form3 has raised over $300 million across multiple rounds and is now in the Series D+ stage. The company is ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, SOC 2 Type II (ISAE 3000) and ISO 22301 certified, reflecting the financial-services-grade compliance posture required by its banking customers.

Where will I work?

Form3 is a remote-first company. UK roles are advertised as "100% Remote (UK)"; US roles are open in Connecticut, Florida, New York, New Jersey and North Carolina. The home office is supported with a Display Screen Equipment (DSE) ergonomic assessment plus a home office equipment allowance through a remote-working partner. Form3 is a Flexa-verified employer.

What is the Form3 team like?

Form3 is a "collaborative, high-performing group passionate about solving customer challenges and scaling with impact." The hiring process is intentionally rigorous: a four-stage interview moves from a Talent-team screen, through a hiring-leader interview, to a panel-presentation with the relevant team, optionally finishing with the CRO or other senior leader. Work-Life Balance

Form3 offers six weeks (30 days) of annual leave for full-time employees plus bank holidays, with 24 days for those on the 4-day week. The 4-day work week at 80% salary is offered alongside part-time opportunities and job-sharing — Form3 is "very supportive of non-traditional working patterns." Summer hours are also available. Three months of fully-paid parental leave is granted from joining, and employees with more than 3 years of tenure receive one additional paid month per year of tenure.
