Who We Are

Form3 was established in 2016 by four banking and technology leaders with a single purpose - to transform outdated, complex and costly payments infrastructure into modern, cloud-native, real-time Payments-as-a-Service.

Since then, we have made enormous strides in opening up access to payment schemes for the global financial community, enabling them to scale and optimize their business operations through advanced payment technology.

Our Product

Our cloud-native payment technology enables financial institutions to accelerate their digital transformation and scale quickly across markets.

We offer a complete Payments-as-a-Service solution for mission-critical payments operations. We follow a DevOps approach with a strong focus on information security, delivering a continuously updated and secure platform with high availability. Our technology connects directly to payment schemes, removing complexity and enabling banks, fintechs, and payment service providers to process payments efficiently and reliably.

Our Engineering Culture

We believe in collaborative development and continuous learning. We do 50-80% of our development in a pair programming environment and use a TDD/BDD (Test-Driven Development/Behavior-Driven Development) approach to ensure code quality and reliability.

Much of our platform is built in Golang, but you don't need to know Go to join - you can learn it in your first few months on the job. We're committed to supporting your technical growth and helping you master the tools and technologies you'll use daily.
