Our Team & Culture

We're a fully remote, async-first team of 63 people distributed across the globe. Our culture is intentionally built for focus and flexibility—fewer meetings, clear written communication, and true autonomy over your day. We believe great work happens when people have the space to think deeply and work in ways that suit them best.

Despite being remote, connection matters to us. We gather in person once a year for a two-day global meetup to connect, build trust, share learnings, and have fun together. The company covers all flights and accommodation.

Our leadership is accessible and engaged. Candidates typically meet our CEO, Glenn, during the hiring process, and for engineering roles, our CTO, Lars. This reflects our flat, transparent culture where everyone's voice matters.
