Exygy is a digital innovation studio based in San Francisco, founded in 2003. As a certified Benefit Corporation, the firm specialises in strategy, human-centered design, product management and custom software engineering — all focused on driving social impact. Exygy partners with nonprofits, foundations, and government bodies to build secure applications and rethink user experiences. Notable products include CiviForm and Bloom Housing, an open-source platform for affordable housing.

Work-Life Balance
In 2025 Exygy adopted a Flexible Friday policy: Monday through Thursday are recognised business days. Fridays are flexible — employees take Friday off when their workload allows. Full-time employees are expected to work 32-40 hours in a typical week.
