What is Eversports?
Eversports Group's careers page says "Eversports Group consists of three brands: Eversports, MATCHi and Matchpoint" and that "Our team works every day to build Europe’s leading management software", helping "boutique sport studios and racket sports venues to grow and succeed". Its about page says "It all started in 2013, when Hanno, Emanuel, Philipp, and Stefan realized how difficult it was to book and pay for sports activities online". It lists the Eversports app, "a platform where sports and yoga enthusiasts can discover and easily book the right activity in their city", Eversports Manager, "an all-in-one software solution for yoga and sports providers", and Eversports Corporate for employee wellbeing. Its timeline adds expansion into Germany and Switzerland in 2016, a 2019 tie-up with Appointman in Germany and Fitmanager in the Netherlands, and in 2026 "Eversports joins forces with MATCHi and Matchpoint, leading platforms for booking racket sports courts".
Where will I work?
Its imprint gives the Austrian office as "Jakov-Lind-Strasse 13 / H / 5. Stock 1020 Wien", and its careers page says "Eversports Group is home to more than 200 people from 25 different countries, divided over three offices in Europe". Three of its five Vienna postings are marked "Hybrid (2-3 times per week on-site)" or "Hybrid (Office & Home Office)", and the customer-care posting says "with the flexibility to work from home on the days you need it". Its careers page says "Whether you prefer working from home or from the office — the choice is yours." A sixth posting, a product designer in Gothenburg, Sweden, is also hybrid but lists a 40-hour week and is not shown here.
What is the Eversports team like?
Its values page lists "We are passionate for sports", "We turn partners and users into fans", "We have each others back", "We dare to explore" and "We celebrate our successes". The exploring value shows up as "a quarterly “Day to Explore,” giving every team member the opportunity to try something new". Its careers page says "For four consecutive years, we’ve been recognized by Kununu as a Top Employer and named one of the most successful scale-ups by EY", and that its Customer Care team "won the Customer Care Award in both 2024 and 2025". Hiring runs through five steps: an application, then interviews with a recruiter, the hiring manager, a technical interview and a "Meet the team" value-fit conversation.
Work-Life Balance
Eversports states a shorter week in its own postings: "Work smarter, not longer: our full-time week is 35 hours, and one day off every second week". Four of its five Vienna postings, in customer care, AI engineering, design and site reliability, also print "Full-time (35h/week, every second Friday off!)" in the role summary. The shorter week is paid as full-time: each posting publishes a minimum gross salary "for a full-time 35-hour week", for example "EUR 70,000 for a full-time 35-hour week" for a senior site reliability engineer and "EUR 35,000 (based on a full-time basis of 35h)" for a customer care executive. That makes it a nine-day fortnight at 35 hours a week, not a four-day week at 32 hours. Its postings give no annual-leave day count, so this profile makes no claim about holiday allowance. Its about page headline is "Work with us, live with balance".
