About Dry Farm Wines
What is Dry Farm Wines?
Dry Farm Wines is the world's premier natural-wine company — a curated club shipping organic-grown, sugar-free, lower-alcohol, lab-tested wines from small European family farms, "only available directly from us online – never in restaurants or stores." Founded in 2015 by Todd White out of his drive to optimize health without giving up wine, the Napa-based company of about 40 people has built one of DTC's most distinctive health-first brands.
Where will I work?
From home, US-remote (Napa appears as an office location on its postings), on schedules built around the four-day week — a recent posting's post-training schedule reads "Full time Wednesday - Saturday, 11am - 7pm EST", eight-hour days with a full three-day block off.
What is the Dry Farm Wines team like?
A small, culture-forward team across hospitality, wine concierge and operations — customer-facing knowledge work with unusually strong boundaries: "No Meeting Mondays" and "Limited Email Outside Working Hours — We do not exchange emails after hours or on weekends unless it pertains to a very urgent matter."
Work-Life Balance
The four-day week is company culture, stated in its own postings: "4 Day Work Week — We encourage everyone to view Friday (or whichever day becomes your flex day) as a day for personal growth, learning, travel, new experiences, extended fitness, and deep creative work." Four eight-hour days at above-market pay — a genuine 32-hour week, not a compressed one.

How we verified this listing
We re-confirmed the schedule on the live posting the day we listed it: the four-day-week block, the flex-day framing, and a concrete Wednesday-Saturday 11-7 schedule that arithmetic makes 32 hours. Both of our independent discovery sweeps surfaced the same wording across its postings. The current roles are hospitality and wine-concierge positions — customer-facing knowledge work — which we note openly; the schedule applies company-wide by its own framing. Review-site ratings were unreachable at add time, disclosed as with this entire cohort.
