What is Digible?
Digible is a "privately owned and operated digital marketing company founded in 2017 with a mission to bring cutting-edge solutions to the multifamily industry." Based in Englewood, Colorado, the company offers "a full suite of digital services, alongside Fiona, our predictive analytics platform — the first of its kind."
Digible's clients span multifamily housing, senior living, and student housing. Since 2021, the company has been recognised as a "top workplace in Colorado" and ranked #8 in the Best Places to Work Multifamily rankings. Tools built on the Fiona platform include the Budget & Media Mix Planner, Fair Housing Compliance, FionaCalls, and Fiona Google Business AI Posts.
Where will I work?
Headquarters is at 3400 S. Broadway Suite 140, Englewood, CO 80113. Digible operates WFA (Work From Anywhere) — "work from home is so 2020. Our employees have the flexibility to sign on from anywhere in the world. Or if you'd prefer to work on-site, our HQ is based in Denver." The office is dog-friendly for those who do come in.

Work-Life Balance
Digible runs a true 4-day work week (32 hours, Monday–Thursday) with every Friday off. Time off includes 3 weeks PTO + sick leave + bereavement, plus 11 paid holidays "not counting ones that fall on Friday!" — meaning the actual day count is even higher in practice.
