What is Diesdas Digital?
Diesdas Digital is a digital studio based in Berlin, founded in 2015. The studio works on strategy, branding, design, and technology to create digital products and brand experiences for clients ranging from global brands and publishers to public-sector organisations, tech startups, and German Mittelstand companies.

Where will I work?
Diesdas has its office in Kreuzberg, Berlin, but most people work primarily from home, with occasional in-person days. The studio supports workations and has a small number of fully-remote employees. Hiring is generally Berlin-based or within easy travel distance, with remote work supported across Europe.
What is the Diesdas team like?

Work-Life Balance
Diesdas's standout policy is entirely flexible working hours — employees set their own schedules and are not required to work fixed hours. The standard week is 38 hours across 5 days, but the structure of those hours is up to you. On top of this, every employee gets 30 days of paid holiday per year plus an extra holiday on their birthday (if it falls on a weekday). The studio supports workations and home-office work.
While Diesdas does not offer a formal 32-hour 4-day week, the combination of fully-flexible hours, generous holidays, and a remote-friendly setup makes a reduced-schedule arrangement straightforward to negotiate individually.
