About Devexperts

What is Devexperts?

Devexperts is a software company for the capital markets. Its About page says "Devexperts develops and consults for the financial industry, creating some of its most trusted and widely used technology applications." and its Trust Center states "Devexperts is a software business that provides software products and services." The About page dates the company to 2002 ("Founded in 2002") and lists products such as DXtrade CFD, DXtrade Crypto, DXtrade XT, DXmatch, DXcharts and the DXfina market data terminal, next to services (software development, UX/UI design, fintech consulting, AI/ML development, market data and QA) for banks, brokerages, exchanges and wealth management firms. The adverts describe the same mix: "trading platforms and brokerage automation, complex software development projects, market data products, and IT consulting services". Its market-data subsidiary dxFeed also hires, for application support. On 6 November 2026 the careers page showed 800+ engineers and tech specialists and the About page said 20M+ traders use its technology daily.

Where will I work?

Devexperts Solutions IE Limited states its "principal corporate office at 7 Grand Canal, Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, D02 KW81, Ireland". The About page lists offices in Munich, Porto, Dublin, Sofia, London, Vilnius, Espoo, Tbilisi, Istanbul, Tokyo, Singapore, Jersey City and Sydney, and says "Explore exciting opportunities to join us—on-site at our many global locations or remotely!" The saved board of 6 November 2026 held 18 adverts, in Porto, Sofia, Tbilisi, Vilnius and São Paulo; the live SmartRecruiters listing that day showed 19, the extra one a remote Director, Sales and Business Development role based in New York. Most list the "Possibility of hybrid/remote work mode" (two Porto adverts and the Sofia application support advert say "Possibility of hybrid work mode", and the Porto Site Reliability Engineer advert adds a "Work From Anywhere Program"). The São Paulo advert offers remote work from anywhere in Brazil, subject to business needs and team alignment. Offices described in the adverts include a Sofia office with a panoramic view of Vitosha mountain and a Tbilisi office with meals on site.

What is the Devexperts team like?

The adverts describe "a multicultural distributed team" and say "Care for the employees is one of Devexperts core values". The roles in the saved board are engineering and IT roles (plus two QA talent-pool pages): iOS and backend developers on a large trading platform for a North American brokerage, site reliability engineers, database administrators and application support engineers. Community perks listed in the adverts include team-building activities, corporate parties, a football club, a speakers' club and a mentorship programme. The careers page invites candidates with "Do not work for us, work with us". The backend adverts list the interview steps as a recruiter screening, a CoderPad assessment, a system design interview, a final call, an offer and a background check, and the Vilnius advert publishes its pay range, "Salary: 3700 - 5800 EUR gross / month".

Work-Life Balance

The careers page has a "Flexible work schedule" entry: "We allow employees to follow their comfortable working schedule as long as they are available for 40 hours per week." In the adverts, "Flexible working hours" is listed under the flexibility benefits of 14 of the 18 adverts in the saved board (two of the 18 are standing talent-pool pages), across engineering and IT functions in Portugal (6), Bulgaria (4), Georgia (3) and Lithuania (1). No core-hours window is stated on the careers page, only the 40 hours of weekly availability, but the Sofia backend advert adds "Working hours: availability is required until 8:00 PM in Bulgaria to support collaboration with the team and stakeholders working in the Pacific Time Zone." and the Vilnius backend advert says the same "in Lithuania". The adverts state 20 days of paid vacation in Bulgaria and Lithuania and 24 working days in Georgia, plus fully paid additional wellness days (5 in Sofia, 3 per year elsewhere).
