Where will I work?

Most consulting and audit roles are hybrid; client work involves periodic travel.

Work-Life Balance — Equalised Parental Leave (the headline benefit)

From 1 January 2025, Deloitte UK became the first Big Four firm to equalise paid parental leave to 26 weeks fully paid for all new parents — a day-one right. The policy combines all family leave types taken immediately following the birth or adoption of a child (maternity, adoption, surrogacy, paternity and shared parental leave) into a single 26-week fully-paid entitlement, available to every parent regardless of gender. The firm also introduced up to 12 weeks of additional paid leave for parents whose child requires neonatal care, increased carer leave (5 days paid per year), and paid time off for fertility treatment.
