Deloitte LLP (UK) is the British arm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL), the world's largest professional-services network. Deloitte UK provides audit & assurance, tax, consulting, financial advisory, risk advisory and human capital services to clients across the public and private sectors. The UK firm is structured as a Limited Liability Partnership with around 26,000 partners and employees.
Where will I work?
Deloitte UK is headquartered at New Street Square in central London (London EC4) with major offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Cardiff, Bristol, Reading, Cambridge, Belfast and Dublin (Republic of Ireland is a separate firm but shares the network). Most consulting and audit roles are hybrid; client work involves periodic travel.

Work-Life Balance — Equalised Parental Leave (the headline benefit)
From 1 January 2025, Deloitte UK became the first Big Four firm to equalise paid parental leave to 26 weeks fully paid for all new parents — a day-one right. The policy combines all family leave types taken immediately following the birth or adoption of a child (maternity, adoption, surrogacy, paternity and shared parental leave) into a single 26-week fully-paid entitlement, available to every parent regardless of gender. The firm also introduced up to 12 weeks of additional paid leave for parents whose child requires neonatal care, increased carer leave (5 days paid per year), and paid time off for fertility treatment.
