About Cuvva
What is Cuvva?
Cuvva is a London-based insurtech that "was the first to sell hourly insurance to borrow a car through an app in the UK back in 2016." Authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (#690273), Cuvva has now sold "nearly 9 million policies" and supported "over 1 million drivers."
The product offers truly flexible short-term car insurance — from one hour to 28 days — managed entirely through the Cuvva mobile app. Use cases include borrowing a friend's or family member's car, sharing driving on a road trip, taking a new car home from the dealership, or learner-driver practice. The mission: "making cars multiplayer."
Where will I work?
Cuvva's headquarters is in Farringdon, Greater London. The company runs a "very flexible" hybrid model: "we only ask people to come a couple of times a month for team building or company events. The rest of the time it's up to you where and how you work. You can of course come into the office as much as you like!" The team currently includes 100+ people from 20+ countries.

Work-Life Balance
Cuvva runs a true 4-day work week (Fridays off) with no salary reduction. Holiday allowance is 21 days + UK public holidays (prorated for the 4-day week, "rising with each year at Cuvva").
