About CPS
What is CPS?
CPS — Corporate Project Solutions — is a UK Microsoft consultancy founded in 1995 and based in Reading, Berkshire. A "Microsoft Gold Partner and Microsoft Solution Provider," it helps organisations get more from the Microsoft platform across digital transformation, AI and automation (including Copilot), business applications, project portfolio management, and managed services. It describes itself as "a collective of passionate individuals dedicated to delivering innovative, secure solutions which increase collaboration and improve productivity."
CPS has deep roots in project and portfolio management: one of its job descriptions notes it has "successfully built the UK's largest Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint based project management solutions practice," with "over 400 successful national and international" projects behind it. Its credentials include a Microsoft Copilot & Copilot Agent Partner of the Year finalist place (2025), a clutch of ISO certifications (27001, 9001, 14001, 20000-1, 22301) and Carbon Neutral Business status.
Where will I work?
Hybrid working from CPS's Reading office at "450 Brook Drive, Reading, Berkshire, RG2 6UU," with client work across the UK. Hybrid working is part of the company's culture, and its live roles — project managers, consultants, solution architects and graduate/apprentice positions — are anchored to Reading.
What is the team like?
Around 71 staff across consulting, engineering and architecture, project delivery and the PMO, sales and operations — predominantly white-collar technology roles, many built around Microsoft certifications. CPS puts its culture front and centre: it has been "recognised in multiple categories on the UK's Best Workplaces™ 2025 & 2026 lists by Great Place To Work®," including for "Tech, Wellbeing, Women, and Medium Organisations," reflecting a stated people-first, wellbeing-focused approach.
Work-Life Balance
CPS offers full-time colleagues the option to opt in to a 9-day fortnight on full pay. From its own people page: "All full time collegaues have the option to opt-in to a 9 day fortnight, giving them 26 days extra annual leave!" (the typo is verbatim on the live page). In practice, that means every other Friday off without a pay cut. A 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme and a strong wellbeing focus back it up.
