What is Common Room?
Common Room is a customer-intelligence platform for go-to-market teams — it captures buying signals from more than 30 channels (product usage, community, social, CRM), resolves them to real people and accounts with its RoomieAI™ identity engine, and turns them into pipeline. Founded in 2020 by ex-Meta/Microsoft/AWS product leaders, it has raised $104.9M from Greylock, Index Ventures and Madrona, and its customers include some of the fastest-growing software companies in the world.
Where will I work?
From home, anywhere in the United States — every current opening is Remote-US, and the benefits stack is built for it, including a monthly remote stipend. The company keeps a Seattle home base for those who want occasional face time.
What is the Common Room team like?
Around 130 people across engineering, product, data science, sales and customer success — a signal-obsessed team building at the intersection of AI identity resolution and go-to-market workflow. Six open roles at our last count, all remote.

How we verified this listing
Every one of Common Room's six live postings carried "Unlimited Paid Time Off" verbatim when we listed it, alongside paid company holidays and the monthly remote stipend — a uniform benefits block across engineering and go-to-market roles rather than a perk quoted selectively. Our red-flag screen found nothing adverse. As with the rest of this cohort, review-site work-life ratings were unreachable on the night we added the profile, so we're explicit about that gap: the evidence here is the company's own written commitments, consistently applied across its board, plus backers (Greylock, Index, Madrona) whose portfolio companies rarely get away with bait-and-switch benefits pages.
