Work-Life Balance

The Climate Center operates a 9-day fortnight schedule, giving employees every second Friday off. The standard work week is 40 hours, with the additional day off every two weeks providing regular long weekends for rest and personal time. This schedule recognises that sustained climate advocacy requires well-rested, energised staff.
