Carwow is a car-changing marketplace: drivers use it to buy, lease or sell a car while thousands of trusted dealers compete for their business. Its own about page puts it simply — "We are the car-changing marketplace for life-changing moments." What "started as a simple reviews site, is now one of the largest online car-changing destinations in Europe", and "Over 12M customers have used Carwow to buy or sell their car."
In 2024 the business "acquired Autovia and formed Carwow Group", bringing Auto Express, evo, DrivingElectric and Carbuyer alongside the marketplace. The group runs "one of the world's most popular motoring YouTube channels, with over 1.1 billion annual views". Its latest funding round "secured $52 million, led by global venture capital firm Bessemer Venture Partners".

What is the Carwow team like?
Job ads describe "a team of 600 employees across the UK, Germany, Spain and Portugal", organised into Technology, Customer & Marketing, Sell My Car, Get Your Car, OEM & Media, Finance and Business Operations.
