The enterprise operates a hybrid model — most office-based associates spend Tuesday through Thursday in the office and have flexibility on Mondays and Fridays — though specific arrangements vary by team and role. A Part-Time Associate Program is available for associates working 20-32 hours per week (not all roles offer this).
