From self-hosted deployments to SaaS solutions and our innovative AI phone agents (Cal.ai), we help customers turn scheduling into a smooth, branded experience.

Our mission is clear: connect a billion people by 2031 through better calendar scheduling. We're reimagining how the world books time, eliminating the back-and-forth emails and scheduling friction that waste countless hours every day.

Our Team

We are a fully remote, async-first team of approximately 40 people who value autonomy, deep work, and craftsmanship. We hire from our community and open-source contributors, and we reward initiative over attendance. Many roles operate across US time zones, with teammates spread across the USA, Latin America, South America, and Europe.

You'll collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, shipping impactful features like Cal Atoms and platform APIs. Here, you'll do your best work without micromanagement or unnecessary meetings—just you, your craft, and the freedom to create something meaningful.
