About BVNK
What is BVNK?
BVNK describes itself on its jobs board as "the stablecoin-powered financial stack for enterprises". The board says it lets businesses "build financial products, unlock new markets, and move money in seconds across 130+ countries, with 40+ licenses for fiat and digital assets globally", and it names customers including Corpay, Worldpay, Deel and Flywire. The About page lists 350+ team members, a founding year of 2021, $50bn of annualized volume and 40+ licences. BVNK's own blog says that on 3 August 2026 it "officially becomes part of Mastercard", and tells customers they "will continue to work with the same teams, use the same products and integrations". Jobs are still advertised under the BVNK name on its own Greenhouse board, which lists 38 open roles.
Where will I work?
BVNK calls itself "a diverse team spread across EMEA, North America, and APAC". The open roles are located in London, Malta, Spain, Poland, Bulgaria, South Africa, Singapore, the US (New York, San Francisco and the East Coast) and São Paulo. The website gives a registered address of 4th Floor, 91-93 Farringdon Road, London EC1M 3LN, and the London adverts include the UK CEO / MD role, compliance and legal roles, treasury, product marketing and solutions engineering. Most adverts say "hybrid working at its heart", several engineering and security adverts say "We offer a Hybrid/Remote working policy", and the Head of Corporate Treasury and Solutions Engineer adverts say "remote working at its heart" instead. No number of office days is stated. The adverts also list "Opportunities to travel to our offices around the world".
What is the BVNK team like?
The careers page lists three values, "Move fast", "Over deliver" and "Relentlessly resourceful", and says "Speed is our advantage." Staff quoted on the careers page describe a fast-paced environment and "talent density and extreme agency". The roles are largely specialist: compliance, risk and financial-crime analysis, treasury and safeguarding, commercial and customer success, and backend engineering across cards, fraud, issuance and onboarding. Several adverts set a demanding tone. The Senior Business Operations and Strategy Manager advert refers to working "at uncompromising pace", the Senior DevOps Engineer advert asks candidates to be "Open to participate in out of hours on call rota", and the Tech Lead adverts mention on-call rotations.
Work-Life Balance
The benefit line "Flexible working hours, with hybrid working at its heart" appears in 35 of the 38 adverts, and "Flexible working hours, with remote working at its heart." in 2 more. Together they cover commercial, compliance, engineering, finance, growth, legal and operations roles in every region on the board, including London. The adverts also list "A flexible approach to holiday", with no number of days stated. They do not define the flexibility: there are no core hours and no stated number of office days. Some operations roles have coverage rules, and the adverts say so. One Financial Crime Intelligence Analyst advert says the role "will require flexible working hours, as the team covers the hours between 06:00 and 20:00 (GMT/BST)" and that you may be asked to "cover weekend shifts on a rotation"; that is a requirement on the employee, not a benefit, and it is not counted here. Another says "Available shifts will be discussed and selected during the recruitment process".
