Its company page calls it "A unified giving platform, built for purpose" and says "Bloomerang helps nonprofits raise more and inspire generosity with the built for purpose giving platform and expert team fueled by passion for your mission." Its postings say its platform and support "enable tens of thousands of nonprofits to raise more, recruit more, and retain more". Its products are Bloomerang Fundraising, Bloomerang CRM and Bloomerang Volunteer. The company page timeline starts in 2012 ("Bloomerang launched!"), reaches "more than 10,000 customers" with the Kindful acquisition and "more than 13,000 customers" at ten years, and records "Bloomerang acquired InitLive and launched Bloomerang Volunteer Management" and "Bloomerang acquired Qgiv to expand the giving platform." It was "named “Best Places to Work IN” for the first time" in 2016 and in 2026 launched Penny, "the First AI Fundraising Strategist Built on Proven Nonprofit Growth Strategies".

Its board held eleven postings on 2026-10-15, all listed "Remote, US": Account Executive Level 2 and 3, a Senior Account Executive, an Account Manager, an outbound Business Development Representative, a Salesforce Administrator, a Manager of Conversion Data Analytics, a Senior Public Relations Manager and two Senior Software Engineer (Tech Lead) roles, one on .NET/C# and one on Typescript/React, plus a "Don’t see what you’re looking for?" general listing. It says "We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time."
What is the Bloomerang team like?
Its postings describe "a mission-driven culture built on our core values of Simplify, Care and Act", and its company page words them as "Simplify the grind. Amplify the gain.", "Act now. Deliver big." and "Care to commit." Its careers page describes three employee committees: the IDEA Committee ("Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility"), the Generosity Committee, which awards "Monthly $800 credits awarded to two deserving nonprofit customers" and runs "Quarterly team volunteer opportunities", and the Culture Committee, which "gets together once a month to share feedback and give suggestions for new employee engagement events and initiatives". Its postings publish salary ranges, for example "$114,800 - $191,400" for the Senior Software Engineer roles and "$100,500 - $167,600" for the Senior Public Relations Manager.
Work-Life Balance
Its careers page lists "4 weeks of vacation, 4 volunteer days, 3 flex days + 12 Holidays" under "Time away", and its postings say "You’ll get a competitive PTO package that includes 20 PTO days, 3 flex days, 4 optional volunteer days, 12 paid holidays, as well as paid parental leave. More is more!" A United States employee therefore has 20 vacation days + 3 flex days + 12 paid holidays = 35 days off a year, 39 with the volunteer days, before sick leave. The careers page also lists "Paid parental leave" ("For time spent with your little one") and the choice between the Indianapolis office and working from home. Bloomerang does not publish a shorter working week.
