What is BITĖ Lietuva?
BITĖ Lietuva is a Lithuanian telecom and digital services company. Its careers page says "Jau 30 metų esame vieni svarbiausių Lietuvos skaitmeninio pasaulio kūrėjų" (for 30 years it has been one of the key builders of Lithuania's digital world) and lists mobile networks, home internet, Go3 television and ICT solutions for business among its services. The legal entity is UAB Bitė Lietuva, whose privacy policy gives its registered address as Žemaitės g. 15, Vilnius, with company code 110688998. The careers page counts about 900 professionals, "nuo inžinierių iki komunikacijos specialistų bei klientų aptarnavimo vadybininkų" (from engineers to communications specialists and customer-service managers).
Where will I work?
The careers page says "Mūsų biurai įsikūrę Vilniuje, Kaune, Klaipėdoje, Šiauliuose ir Ukmergėje, o salonai – visoje Lietuvoje" (offices in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai and Ukmergė, and shops across the country). The five adverts that state flexible hours, read on 6 November 2026, are all corporate roles at the Vilnius head office on Žemaitės g. 15: four in IT (PL/SQL Developer, QA Engineer, Junior Fullstack (Java + React) Developer and IT Business Analyst) and a Senior Power BI Analyst in finance. They are hybrid roles (the careers site tags the IT adverts it lists as Hibridinis, meaning hybrid), and the adverts spell out the office rule as a flexible hybrid setup with the Vilnius office on four of the five weekdays and one weekday remote.
What is the BITĖ Lietuva team like?
The English adverts open with "We nurture warm, respectful relationships every day and create an environment where it feels good to grow" and the careers page lists values such as focus on people, teamwork, creativity and a passion to win. The board has two tiers: corporate IT, finance, e-commerce and marketing roles on one side, and phone sales, telemarketing, contact-centre, business-client ambassador and shop-trainer roles in Kaunas and Šiauliai on the other. A telemarketing advert in Kaunas names fixed hours (Monday to Friday, 8-17) in its title, and none of the front-line adverts carries the flexible-hours line, which sits in 5 of the 11 corporate IT, finance, e-commerce and marketing adverts.
Work-Life Balance
Five English adverts, four in IT and one in finance, list "Workation options and flexible working hours" next to the hybrid rule of four office days and one remote day. The Lithuanian careers pages do not repeat the hours wording, so the evidence comes from the adverts. No core-hours window is stated. Twelve adverts, none of the five with the hours line, list extra vacation and a birthday day off without giving a number of days: "Extra BITĖ vacation days and a day off on your birthday" in three English adverts and "Papildomos BITĖS atostogos, laisva diena gimtadienio proga" (additional BITĖ holidays and a day off for your birthday) in nine Lithuanian ones. The careers page lists "Apmokami laisvadieniai" (paid days off).
